This batch of used original Toyota 15B diesel engines are dismantled from Coaster buses and Dyna trucks. Most vehicles ran regular passenger transport and short-distance cargo delivery with rated load. We eliminate units that worked long hours climbing with full load or ran continuously under high temperature.

The toyota engine retains the original gear-driven structure. The cylinder block and cylinder head have never been disassembled for overhaul. No cylinder boring work has been done. We do not assemble engines with aftermarket spare parts, nor do we use paint to cover oil leakage on the housing.

This purely mechanical diesel engine has a simple and durable structure with distinct inherent faults. Sustained high temperature easily causes cracks between the valve seats on the cylinder head, which will blow the head gasket and lead to oil-water mixing. Worn plungers inside the high-pressure fuel pump result in hard cold starting, unstable idle speed and power loss.Improper valve clearance due to lack of regular adjustment brings persistent noise and increased exhaust resistance. Failed glow plugs make cold starting difficult in low-temperature conditions. Sludge clogs the piston cooling oil passages and causes local overheating, cylinder scoring and excessive crankcase blow-by.

We carry out targeted inspections for these model-specific defects. We test cold and hot startup performance and exhaust smoke, run water pressure tests to find cracks and leakage on the cylinder head, ensure consistent compression pressure across four cylinders, use a borescope to check for longitudinal cylinder scoring, test the fuel pump and glow plug system, and measure blow-by.We reject all engines with cracked cylinder heads, worn fuel pumps, cylinder scoring and excessive blow-by.
