Products Description
This batch of used original Toyota engine 1FZ-FE are dismantled from Land Cruiser 80/100 series and LX450. Most vehicles ran long-distance trips on paved roads with light off-road use. We have strictly eliminated units used for heavy off-roading, continuous overheating with water shortage and heavy towing loads.
The engine retains original OEM factory assembly. The cylinder block and cylinder head have never been opened for overhaul or cylinder boring. No aftermarket spare parts are used for assembly and refurbishment, and paint will never be applied to cover any seal leaks.
This 4.5L inline 6-cylinder engine has distinctive inherent flaws. Early factory composite head gaskets have poor durability and tend to leak after prolonged high temperature, causing oil-water mixing and white exhaust smoke on cold startup. rattling noise from the timing chain tensioner and guides on cold startup, which bends valves and causes severe engine damage.valve clearances gradually shrink, leading to exhaust valve burn-out and degrade valve sealing over time. Rubber cooling hoses and water pumps age and leak slowly. Hidden overheating slightly warps the aluminum cylinder head and repeatedly blows head gaskets. As mileage accumulates, carbon locks the piston rings and raises oil consumption. The valve cover gasket and rear main oil seal are also frequent leak points.
We carry out full targeted inspections for model-specific faults. Cold and hot running tests check timing system noise. Cooling system pressure tests detect head gasket water leakage. Balanced compression pressure across all six cylinders is verified. A borescope inspects for cylinder wall scoring, crankcase blow-by is measured, and all cooling pipes are checked for leakage marks. All engines with damaged head gaskets, worn timing components, warped cylinder heads, oil burning and excessive blow-by are rejected. OEM motor mounts, wiring plugs and oil pipe joints fully match original vehicles for direct bolt-on installation with no pipe or bracket modification. Single retail orders for repair shops and bulk export orders are both accepted.

FAQ
Q: What exclusive faults should buyers avoid when purchasing the 1FZ-FE engine?
A: The biggest risk is premature failure of the factory head gasket, which leads to oil and water mixing under high temperature. The timing belt is a wear part; breakage will bend valves directly. Without hydraulic lifters, incorrect valve clearance causes persistent tapping noise. Slow leakage from water pumps and hoses triggers hidden overheating that warps the cylinder head, and carbon buildup on piston rings worsens oil burning. We conduct cooling system pressure tests and timing condition checks, combined with compression and in-cylinder borescope inspections to filter out all engines with hidden internal defects.
Q: How to confirm the engine has never been disassembled and overhauled?
A: Factory bolts on the cylinder head, oil pan and timing cover carry original assembly marks, and obvious scratches appear once disassembled. We can provide photos of engine serial numbers, cold and hot test videos, compression test data and in-cylinder borescope footage. Each engine has a unique serial number with fully matching verifiable documents.
Q: Do I need to modify wiring and mounting brackets during replacement?
A: Wiring plugs, mounting holes and flywheel housing dimensions fully comply with OEM standards. The new engine fits directly after removing the old unit without any modification or adjustment. It can run normally for off-roading and long-distance travel right after installation.
