All units have a history of standard load operation, no long-term overloaded abusive use, no water submersion, and no crash damage. Every engine keeps its full original factory assembly condition, core parts have never been torn down for an overhaul. No cylinder boring, no liner fitting, no aftermarket parts assembly, no cosmetic reconditioning.
This classic 5.9L mechanical pump model features a super simple structure with gear timing drive, which means extremely low long-term maintenance hassle. Aftermarket parts are widely available all over the world, with super low repair costs. Before we ship, every single 6BT engine gets a full workup: cold start test, idle check, oil pressure & cylinder pressure test. We carefully inspect all lines and sealing points to weed out any issues with oil leaks, abnormal noise, or abnormal oil consumption.
