This batch of Mitsubishi 8DC11 original used dismantled engines are all dismantled from the original vehicles of Fuso heavy-duty trucks, most of which are short-distance freight vehicles with stable working conditions. This 8-cylinder mechanical pump model is mainly for heavy-duty durability, with very prominent inherent shortcomings: it lacks cylinder wall oil cooling nozzles, insufficient lubrication during cold start, which is very easy to cause cylinder wall scoring and knocking abnormal noise; long-term overloading is easy to cause cylinder head deformation, repeatedly blow the cylinder head gasket, resulting in oil-water mixing. When the fuel quality is poor, the wear speed of the large pump plunger accelerates, which will cause difficult hot start, large black smoke during acceleration, and the wear of the crankshaft bearing will lead to the continuous decrease of oil pressure when the engine is hot.
