This batch of original used Hino H07C diesel engine assemblies are all dismantled from active Hino medium-duty buses and trucks in normal operation. Most of the original vehicles are used for intercity freight and passenger transportation, with almost no exposure to heavy loads in harsh construction sites, water submersion or collision damage. All engines are equipped with 100% original factory matching parts, no cylinder head opening for overhaul, no cylinder boring or liner fitting, and absolutely no assembly with unbranded aftermarket parts.
This model is equipped with an original Denso mechanical inline injection pump, without any electronic control system, and has low requirements for fuel quality. Aftermarket parts are easily available in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other regions, making repair work for local garages very convenient and cost-effective. Before each unit leaves the warehouse, it has passed a full set of professional inspections including cold crank test, 6-cylinder compression pressure balance test, full oil pressure sweep test, and complete sealing & leakage inspection. Any faulty unit with abnormal valve train noise, oil/coolant leaks is directly scrapped, with strict verification of zero blue smoke on cold cranks and zero heavy blow-by under load.
We can supply both single-unit replacement for local garages and full container bulk orders for export. After installation, the engine delivers solid low-end torque, stable fuel consumption in daily operation, and outstanding long-term durability.

A: The naturally aspirated version is perfect for daily standard-load passenger buses and generator sets. If you frequently haul heavy loads or drive in mountainous areas, the turbocharged H07CT is the first choice.
Q: Does the engine have an overhaul history, are all parts original factory?
A: All units are complete assemblies dismantled from original vehicles. The cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft are all original vehicle parts, no overhaul or cylinder boring work. All units have passed a full running test before leaving the warehouse.
Q: Do I need to modify the motor mounts and wiring harness during installation?
A: All mounting points, pipelines and flywheel housing follow exact original factory dimensions. It can be directly installed in-situ on the same model vehicle, and the mechanical pump model requires no modification to the original vehicle wiring harness.
