Products Description
This batch of Sinotruk WD615 original used dismantled engines are all dismantled from the original vehicles of Sinotruk Steyr series trucks, most of which are road rated load transportation vehicles with stable working conditions. We have strictly eliminated engines with long-term overloaded climbing, high temperature and water shortage, and long-term idling.
The whole engine maintains the original factory original structure, the cylinder block and cylinder head have no cylinder head disassembly overhaul, no cylinder boring processing, no assembly and refurbishment using aftermarket parts, and no paint spraying to cover up the oil leakage of the housing.
This 6-cylinder mechanical pump model has a large retention, and the exclusive faults are very clear: slamming the accelerator during cold start in winter is easy to cause cold cylinder scoring, and the cylinder liner wears prematurely; long-term heavy load is easy to cause ablation of the connecting rod bearing, and the oil pressure is easy to drop under alternating cold and hot working conditions; fuel injector dripping will allow diesel to leak into the oil pan, dilute the oil, and further aggravate internal wear. Inadequate maintenance of the cooling system will also frequently blow the cylinder head gasket, resulting in oil-water intercommunication. In addition, after the plunger of the large pump is worn, it will be difficult to start when the engine is hot, and there will be a problem of black smoke emission under heavy load.
We have conducted one-to-one special inspections for the above problems: continuous monitoring of oil pressure fluctuation during cold & hot engine operation, water circuit pressure test to check the hidden danger of cylinder head gasket blow-by, actual measurement of the six-cylinder cylinder pressure to keep consistent, careful inspection of the cylinder wall for scoring marks through an endoscope, and inspection of the exhaust gas volume of the crankcase and diesel leakage at the same time. All engines with cylinder scoring, hidden bearing ablation, oil-water intercommunication and excessive exhaust gas are screened out. The original factory installation dimensions are completely matched with the original vehicle, and the heavy-duty truck can be directly hoisted in-situ, no need to modify pipelines and brackets, supporting retail purchase and bulk order.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: When purchasing the WD615 engine, what exclusive faults need to be focused on avoidance?A: The most prominent problem of this model is that it is easy to cause cylinder scoring due to rapid acceleration during cold start. Secondly, poor sealing of the fuel injector will lead to diesel leaking into the oil pan, and the oil is very easy to burn the bearings after being diluted. Long-term overloading will also easily blow the cylinder head gasket, resulting in oil-water mixing. After the high-pressure large pump is worn, it will also be difficult to start and the exhaust black smoke will be large. We focus on the detection of cylinder wall state, oil circuit sealing performance and water circuit pressure bearing capacity, to eliminate the machines with hidden wear.
Q: How to confirm that the engine has been disassembled and overhauled?
A: The screws of the cylinder head, oil pan and gear chamber all retain the original factory assembly marks, and clear scratches will be left as long as they are disassembled. Before shipping, we can provide real-shot photos of the body steel stamp, cold and hot engine test run videos, cylinder pressure test data and in-cylinder borescope footage, one engine one number, and the materials correspond to each other.
Q: Do I need to modify the motor mounts and oil pipes when replacing the engine assembly?
A: The motor mount holes, flywheel housing dimensions and oil pipe joints are all original factory standard specifications. After removing the old engine, the new engine can be directly aligned and installed, no modification and debugging required, and can be put into freight transportation operation immediately after installation on the vehicle.
