All 6LTAA8.9 diesel engines are genuine in-situ dismantled units from normally operating heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery on the market, 100% original unmodified stock. No cylinder head overhaul, no cylinder boring & liner replacement, no cylinder block welding repair, and no accident or water immersion history.
We only select engines with normal wear from decommissioned real vehicles, no assembly & reconditioning, no mixed aftermarket parts. Before delivery, every engine undergoes bench tests for idle, acceleration and load conditions, with actual measurement of 6-cylinder pressure balance. We focus on eliminating common original defects of 6L series engines, including fuel pump pressure relief, turbo oil leakage, waterway micro-seepage and idle shaking. Only engines with stable working condition and no hidden faults are reserved.
Mainly used for repair and replacement of construction equipment and heavy-duty trucks, and also support bulk container stocking for export. These engines feature extremely low on-board failure rate and stable on-site attendance rate.

A: Mounting positions, flywheel housing, pipeline interfaces and fuel pump positions fully comply with original factory standards. No need to modify brackets or wiring harnesses, completely non-destructive direct installation.
Q: How to verify the real working condition of the engine for bulk purchase?
A: We support separate detailed photos, engine startup videos and idle working condition recordings. After confirming the physical condition, the engine will be packed in wooden cases. We can provide stable supply for long-term export cooperation.
