We have in-stock original used Hino engine P11C assemblies dismantled from original vehicles. All original vehicles have a long-term history of high-speed standard load driving with on-time and complete maintenance, no long-term mine overload operation, water submersion or collision damage.
Every engine retains its complete original factory assembly appearance, has never been opened for overhaul, no deep maintenance work such as cylinder boring or crankshaft & connecting rod replacement, and absolutely no part assembly or reconditioning from multiple engines. This 10.52L power unit has balanced tuning, delivering strong acceleration while maintaining stable fuel consumption. It is equipped with a mature original Denso electronically controlled injection system, with sufficient aftermarket parts in the market, making maintenance and repair simple and hassle-free.
Before each unit leaves the warehouse, it has passed a full set of cold & hot engine running tests, verified cylinder pressure and idle oil pressure, and fully inspected the sealing pipelines for leakage. Any faulty unit with excessive oil consumption or internal abnormal noise is directly eliminated. We can stably supply both single-unit replacement for repair shops and full container bulk orders for export. It has sufficient power reserve for heavy load driving, with extremely few failures during long-term use, and has passed strict verification of zero blue smoke on cold cranks and zero heavy blow-by under load.

Q: Is the P11C suitable for frequent mountainous heavy load driving?
A: It is fully sufficient for regular heavy load transportation. For year-round ultra-heavy load transportation, we recommend the larger displacement E13C model.
Q: How to identify if the engine has an overhaul history?
A: There are no repeated disassembly marks on the cylinder head and oil pan screws, the original factory steel number of the whole engine is intact, and every unit has passed a real running test and inspection.
Q: Do I need to modify the original vehicle wiring harness and fixing brackets during installation?
A: All mounting points, wiring harness plugs and pipeline dimensions are of original factory standard. It can be directly assembled in-situ on matching models, no modification required.
Q: Is there any supporting inspection certificate for bulk purchases?
A: For bulk orders, we will record a separate cold start test video for each unit, with reinforced packaging and protection, and can cooperate with the export packing process.
