This batch of Kubota V2403 original used dismantled engines are dismantled from small excavators and agricultural machinery equipment. Most of the equipment is operated intermittently, with less long-term continuous high-temperature working conditions, and we have strictly eliminated engines with water shortage and high temperature, long-term heavy load operation.
The whole engine maintains the original factory original assembly, the cylinder block and cylinder head have no cylinder head disassembly maintenance, no cylinder boring processing, and no assembly and refurbishment using aftermarket parts.
Compared with the V2203 model, the cylinder liner of the V2403 is more likely to lose the crosshatch, and the sealing performance will deteriorate after long-term operation; dusty construction sites are prone to intake wear, accompanied by cylinder head gasket blow-by, coolant seeping into the cylinder, and white smoke emission when the engine is cold. In addition, the fuel nozzle is prone to carbon deposition and poor atomization, which will cause unstable idle speed, exhaust black smoke, and the crankshaft is prone to bearing wear without proper oil maintenance.
We have conducted item-by-item inspection for the exclusive faults of this model: cold & hot engine test runs to check the smoke emission status, test the four-cylinder cylinder pressure to maintain balance, test the sealing performance of the cooling system, inspect the crosshatch and scoring of the cylinder liner through an endoscope, and check the exhaust gas volume of the crankcase at the same time. All engines with cylinder head gasket blow-by, cylinder liner wear, excessive exhaust gas and oil burning are screened out and eliminated. A: The biggest shortcoming of this model is the limited wear resistance of the cylinder liner. After long-term operation, the crosshatch on the cylinder wall will be worn flat, the sealing of the piston ring will fail, and then the blow-by will be large and the oil will be burned. The dusty environment of the construction site will also easily cause intake wear, frequent cylinder head gasket blow-by, cooling water entering the cylinder, and white smoke emission when the engine is cold. We will focus on checking the inner wall of the cylinder liner and conducting water circuit pressure test, and strictly eliminate the engines with hidden internal faults.
Q: How to confirm that the engine has not been disassembled and overhauled?
A: The original factory bolts of the cylinder head and oil pan leave factory assembly marks, and scratches will be left as long as they are disassembled. Before shipping, we can provide real-shot photos of the body steel stamp, cold engine test run videos, cylinder pressure data and in-cylinder borescope footage, one engine one number, and the materials correspond to each other.
Q: Do I need to modify the fixing brackets and pipelines when replacing the engine assembly?
