This batch of Kubota V2203 original used dismantled engines are all dismantled from small excavators and agricultural machinery. Most of the machines have been operated intermittently, with less long-time idling, and we have avoided engines with high temperature and water shortage, long-term overloading operation.
The whole engine maintains the original factory assembly status, the cylinder block and cylinder head have no cylinder head disassembly overhaul, no cylinder boring treatment, and no assembly and refurbishment with non-brand parts.
This 4-cylinder model has a large retention in small construction machinery, and the shortcomings of the model are very clear: frequent idling is easy to cause cylinder wall mirroring and piston ring carbon sticking, which leads to increased oil consumption and excessive blow-by; wear of the fuel nozzle and poor atomization will be accompanied by black smoke emission, increased valve clearance will cause cold engine tapping abnormal noise, and cylinder head gasket seal failure is also a high-frequency fault point.
We have conducted special inspections for these problems: cold & hot engine test runs to monitor valve noise, actual measurement of four-cylinder cylinder pressure to ensure consistency, detection of crankcase exhaust gas volume, borescope inspection of cylinder wall for wear and scoring, and test of cooling system sealing performance. All engines with oil burning, large exhaust gas and severe cylinder wall wear are eliminated. The original factory mounting holes are fully matched, and the corresponding equipment can be directly hoisted, no need to modify pipelines and brackets, supporting retail purchase and bulk order.
