Products Description
This batch of used original Isuzu 4KH1 engines are dismantled from Qingling 600P light trucks. Most vehicles operated urban freight transport with rated load under stable working conditions. We strictly eliminate units with long-term overloading, frequent overheating and prolonged idling in congested short trips.
The engine maintains original factory assembly. The cylinder block and cylinder head have never been disassembled for overhaul or cylinder boring. Assembly and refurbishment with aftermarket spare parts are prohibited, and paint will not be used to cover housing oil leakage.
This 3.0L electronic common rail engine has a large market volume with distinct typical faults. The injectors are sensitive to diesel quality. Poor-quality fuel easily leads to poor atomization, rough idle and black smoke during acceleration. The EGR cooler is prone to carbon clogging, resulting in insufficient heat dissipation and power loss.Prolonged overheating causes head gasket failure and gradual coolant loss. Carbon-seized piston rings increase oil consumption. Internal wear of the high-pressure fuel pump leads to hard hot starting. Abnormal backlash of timing gears tends to create noise, and leakage from aging oil seals is also common.
We conduct targeted inspections for these common defects. Cold and hot running tests verify startup performance and exhaust smoke condition. Cylinder compression is checked cylinder by cylinder to ensure balanced pressure. A borescope inspects for cylinder wall scoring, crankcase blow-by is measured, and sealing performance of the fuel and cooling systems is verified. All engines with injector faults, cylinder wear, excessive blow-by and hidden coolant leakage are rejected. OEM motor mounts, wiring plugs and pipe connectors match the original vehicle perfectly for direct bolt-on installation without modifying brackets or wiring. Small retail orders and bulk orders are both accepted.

FAQ
Q: What unique faults should be guarded against when purchasing the 4KH1 engine?
A: The injectors are precision components. Inferior fuel easily damages nozzles and triggers vibration and black smoke. Carbon blockage of the EGR cooler directly reduces power. Long-term overheating blows head gaskets and causes slow coolant loss.Worn high-pressure fuel pumps lead to difficult hot starting, and carbon deposits on piston rings cause oil burning. We focus on testing fuel system performance and cooling sealing, combined with compression and borescope inspection to eliminate engines with hidden defects.
Q: How to confirm the engine has never been disassembled and overhauled?
A: Factory bolts on the cylinder head, oil pan and gear chamber retain original assembly marks. Obvious scratches will appear after disassembly. We can provide photos of engine serial numbers, cold and hot running videos, compression test data and in-cylinder borescope footage. Each engine has a unique serial number with fully matched documents.
Q: Do I need to modify wiring and mounting brackets during replacement?
A: Wiring plugs, mounting positions and oil pipe joints fully comply with OEM standards. The new engine fits directly after removing the old unit without modification or adjustment, and can be put into freight operation immediately after installation.
