We have in-stock original used Isuzu diesel engine 6HH1 assemblies, dismantled from medium-duty trucks and engineering equipment. The original vehicles have received standardized maintenance, with rare cases of long-term overloading, water submersion or accidents.
All units are equipped with 100% original factory matching components, with no cylinder boring overhaul, or parts splicing from multiple engines.
This 8.2L inline 6-cylinder turbocharged model delivers sufficient heavy-load torque, with sufficient aftermarket parts stock overseas.
Vehicles with high mileage are prone to cylinder head gasket leakage and turbocharger wear and tear. For this, we conduct cold & hot engine test runs, cylinder pressure testing, in-cylinder borescope inspection, and verification of cooling and lubrication working conditions. Engines with obvious leakage and excessive wear will not be arranged for shipment.
They can be directly installed in-situ on compatible models, supporting both single-unit replacement and full container bulk wholesale for foreign trade.

A: It can be judged by the disassembly marks on the housing screws. We can provide whole-engine real-shot photos, idle running videos and cylinder pressure test data for reference when shipping.
Q: Do I need to modify the original vehicle pipelines and brackets when replacing the engine assembly?
A: All motor mounts, wiring harnesses and pipelines are of original factory specifications. Most compatible models can be directly assembled, no modification required.
Q: Can I verify the whole engine working condition in advance for bulk purchases?
A: For bulk orders, we can record the whole engine running materials. We will only do solid wooden frame reinforcement, packaging and shipping after you check and confirm the condition.
