Products Description
All Hyundai engine D6AC assemblies in this batch are original dismantled used parts from the original vehicle, all sourced from logistics fleets and engineering utility vehicles with on-time maintenance. The vehicles have stable driving load, we have screened out vehicles with violent driving, overheating, water submersion or accident history, and only retained original unmodified engines with excellent working condition.
The whole engine maintains the original factory assembly status, the core components have not been disassembled or repaired, there is no cylinder boring overhaul, assembly with aftermarket parts, nor paint spraying to cover up housing leakage problems.
This 11.1L heavy-duty model has strong durability, adopts a pure mechanical plunger direct injection large pump structure, no complex electronic components, strong adaptability to fuel quality, and is very suitable for harsh operating environments such as mines.
This model is prone to cylinder head gasket damage, valve abnormal noise, excessive exhaust and other problems after long-term heavy load operation. Our workshop conducts individual inspection on each engine. Before leaving the warehouse, cold & hot engine running noise detection, water circuit leakage test, cylinder pressure test and in-cylinder borescope inspection are completed.
Engines with excessive blow-by, cylinder wall scoring, unstable engine oil pressure will be eliminated directly. The original factory mounting holes are consistent, and the engine can be directly hoisted into place on compatible models, no need to modify the wiring harness and pipelines.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What are the common failures of the Hyundai D6AC mechanical model after long-term use? How do you inspect and screen the engines?
A: Long-term overloading or inadequate maintenance of the cooling system is prone to cylinder head gasket breakage, water ingress into engine oil, or difficulty in hot start caused by large pump wear. We will remove the oil pan to check the connecting rod bearings, use an endoscope to check the cylinder liner wear, and conduct bench test of cylinder pressure and engine oil pressure. As long as there is hidden wear problem, the engine will no longer be shipped externally, to ensure that the whole engine can be normally put into use immediately after installation on the vehicle.
Q: For off-site purchase, how to confirm that the engine has not been disassembled and overhauled?
A: The original factory bolts have factory torque marks. Once disassembled and assembled repeatedly, clear scratches will be left on the bolt surface. Before shipping, we can provide whole engine real-shot photos, body steel stamp photos, cylinder pressure test videos and in-cylinder borescope footage, the engine number corresponds to the physical object one by one, and the whole transaction process is transparent.
Q: When replacing this engine, do I need to modify the brackets or rewire?
A: The flywheel housing layout, motor mount mounting holes, and oil pipe joints all follow the original factory standards. For the same model of vehicle, after removing the old engine, the new engine can be directly aligned and installed, and can be started immediately after connecting the oil pipes and battery, reducing the labor cost caused by modification.
