We have in-stock original used Hyundai G4KD engine assemblies, all sourced from daily-used Hyundai and Kia family models. Most of the original vehicles are used for daily commuting and light-load highway driving, with relatively stable vehicle load, and few bad working conditions such as high-intensity heavy load, water submersion, and major accidents.
The whole engine retains the original factory matching structure, the core components are dismantled from the original vehicle body, no deep cylinder head opening maintenance, cylinder boring repair, and no parts assembly from multiple engines.
As the mainstream 2.0L naturally aspirated model of the Theta II series, it is equipped with a dual CVVT variable valve system, with linear and soft power output, stable fuel consumption performance for daily commuting. Aftermarket parts are widely circulated at home and abroad, making it easy to find parts for later maintenance, with relatively affordable maintenance costs.
Considering the common problems of this model after long-term use, such as slight internal component wear, idle abnormal noise, and high oil consumption, we have targeted multi-layer working condition screening. We will monitor the running noise of each engine under cold and hot conditions, conduct multi-cylinder cylinder pressure testing, in-cylinder borescope inspection, and simultaneously verify the running state of engine oil pressure, to check for hidden dangers such as cylinder wall wear and abnormal component clearance.
Engines with deviated working condition performance and hidden dangers will be separated separately, and only assemblies with good working condition performance will be retained for shipment. The installation points of compatible models are standard, no extra modification is required. It is suitable for single-unit replacement and installation in stores, and also supports bulk full container purchase for foreign trade. The overall running state is relatively stable under conventional maintenance and use.

A: All mounting positions, wiring harness plugs, and pipeline interfaces are of original factory standard. It can be directly installed in-situ on compatible models, and generally no additional modification and debugging are required.
