We have in-stock original used Isuzu 6HK1 diesel engine assemblies, dismantled from regular freight vehicles and engineering equipment. Most of the vehicles have received on-time maintenance, with very few cases of long-term overloading, water submersion or accidents.
All units are equipped with 100% original factory matching parts, with no cylinder boring overhaul, or parts assembly from multiple engines.
This 7.8L inline 6-cylinder common rail engine is equipped with a VGT variable geometry turbocharger, delivering sufficient low-speed torque, with sufficient aftermarket parts stock overseas.
Poor fuel quality and delayed maintenance can easily cause wear and tear of fuel injectors and turbochargers. For this, we have set up multiple supporting inspection processes: cold & hot engine running noise monitoring, cylinder pressure testing, in-cylinder borescope inspection, oil pressure and turbocharger working condition inspection.
Engines with abnormal wear and obvious leakage will be stored separately, and only engines with stable working condition will be released for shipment. They can be directly installed in-situ on compatible models, supporting both single-unit replacement and bulk foreign trade shipment, with stable power output under standardized maintenance.

Q: Do I need to modify the original vehicle brackets and wiring harness when replacing the engine?
A: All motor mounts, wiring harnesses and pipelines are of original factory standard. They can be directly installed in-situ on compatible models, no need to modify additional parts.
Q: Can I check the working condition in advance for bulk orders?
A: For bulk orders, we can take whole-engine real-shot photos and idle running videos. We will only do wooden frame reinforcement, packaging and shipping after you check and confirm the condition.
